Qualifiers:
  • Family meets income guidelines
  • Family receives TANF or SSI
  • Child in foster care
  • Child is homeless


What to bring to enroll:
  • Proof of Child’s Age and Immunization Record
  • Proof of Income (current tax return and/or current income)
  • Proof of Public Assistance/Services (TANF, SSI, Medicaid)
  • Documentation of Child’s Disability (if applicable)

Parents and students,

Starting Monday 3/30/20, I will be sending home a video to your remind app.  This video will have a daily lesson for you to work on at home with your child.  When your lesson is complete, please send me a picture of completed lesson or a picture of your child doing the lesson through the remind app.  If you have any questions or concerns you can contact me on my cell phone at (575)760-4247.  Thank you and hope to see you all soon.

 

I will be available Monday - Friday from 8:00 -4:00.  I will also be available to contact on the remind app.
