Making your School mornings better

My name is Lorre Haseloff. This is my first year at Farwell High School as the District Counselor but I am not new to Farwell.  I began teaching 1st Grade at Farwell Elementary in 2004.  I changed positions after 5 years and became the District Dyslexia Coordinator, Elementary Testing Coordinator and the RtI Coordinator.

I graduated High School from a private school in nearby Lazbuddie, Texas and earned my Bachelor's Degree in Education from Baylor University! Sic 'em Bears!  I have taught in a few other districts in Texas including Meadow ISD and Tahoka ISD.  I helped to begin a local Pre-school and taught there for 3 years.

I married a Farwell native who graduated from Texas Tech University.  Darren started out as a teacher and a coach but has been a proud farmer in this area for the past 20 years.  We have 3 children.  Cambree is an Ag Business major at West Texas A&M University and is engaged to be married in December 2018.  Kylie is a senior here at FHS, a cheerleader and active in FFA. Garrison is a freshman at FHS, manages the football team, plays basketball, runs track, and is involved in FFA.

I am blessed to live in such a great and supportive community and I am so excited to serve as the Counselor for such a great district!

  • Hello, College students!

I hope your first few weeks of college classes have been a great experience for you!  Remember to be aware of when your assignments are due and be sure to get them turned in on time.  Also, if you know you are going to be absent from a class, be sure to email your professor as soon as you know.  They would prefer to know of your absence a week before you are going to be out.  Please let me know as well so if your professor contacts me I can vouch for you and where you are.

TUITION PAYMENTS:  Your first tuition payment is past due!  Most of you have provided some sort of payment and have talked with me about setting up a payment plan. Come see me ASAP if you still have not made a payment yet or have not spoken with me about a payment plan!!!  PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THIS!

MICROSOFT OFFICE: CCC is offering a FREE Microsoft Office subscription to all of their students.  You will need your username, password and CCC email address to download this onto your computer.  If you do not have this information, pull up the Clovis Community College website and click on the magnifying glass to find out how to contact the Help Desk.  They will be able to provide you with your login information and email address and give you specific directions on how to download this useful tool onto your computer.
